Collected information

We process contact details (name, email, phone), technical and usage data from the website, support correspondence (email/phone/TeamViewer), operations and log data for delivered solutions, as well as accounting records.

- Customer and contact data: name, email, phone and company.

Recipients and transfers

We use trusted processors for operations, hosting, analytics, remote support, email and accounting. They only act on instructions via processing agreements. For transfers outside the EU/EEA we use valid transfer mechanisms (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework or adequacy decision) and additional safeguards as needed.

Data retention

Personal data is only stored as long as necessary for the specified purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Accounting records and supporting documents are kept for five years from the end of the financial year in accordance with Danish law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority (Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, dt@datatilsynet.dk, +45 33 19 32 00).

Submitting information is voluntary, but in business relationships some data may be necessary to enter into or fulfill an agreement.
